Personal defense aims to equip individuals with the skills and techniques needed to protect themselves in threatening situations. The focus is on increasing situational awareness, building confidence, and effectively responding to potential dangers.
Participants must currently be in grades 7 to 12.
Minimum: 10
Maximum: 22
