Exploring Our Minds is a creative and interactive elective where students discover what’s happening inside their minds. Through games, discussions, hands-on activities, and real-life scenarios, students explore emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships in ways that are both relatable and exciting. The course helps students build confidence, manage emotions, develop empathy, and make positive choices. It provides a safe and supportive space to be curious, share ideas, and learn skills that promote mental well-being at school and beyond.
Participants must currently be in grades 7 to 8.
