Course Format
This class is taught using the flipped classroom method, which means that you’ll be learning the core content outside
of class through videos, readings, and other materials. In our limited 70-minute class period each week, we’ll dive deeper into the material with discussions, activities, and projects that help you apply what you've learned.
What You’ll Need
- Commitment to Self-Directed Learning: As an AP Psychology student, you’ll be expected to take charge of your learning. Each week, you’ll need to watch the assigned videos, read the required materials, and complete any other assigned tasks before coming to class. This preparation is crucial for our in-class activities.
- Time Management: With only one class period each week, time is precious. You’ll need to manage your schedule effectively to ensure you're keeping up with the coursework and are ready to contribute during our class sessions.
